Basic Tariff

• Up to 2 people - $185.00 per night
• 3 people - $235.00 per night
• 4 people - $285.00 per night
• Thereafter $40.00 per additional guest per night

Cleaning Bond

We sometimes require a cleaning bond for large groups, children and pets, but the amount depends on the number of guest staying. Usually the bond is between $60-$90 but we assess the need for (and amount of) a bond on a case by case basis. Bonds are usually refunded on the same date as departure. (So far, we have never had to claim a cleaning bond!)
